Зөвлөлдөх ардчиллын судалгааны Азийн хүрээлэн байгуулахаар боллоо

“Ази дахь зөвлөлдөх ардчиллын туршлага” олон улсын эрдэм шинжилгээний бага хурал хоёр өдөр үргэлжилж өндөрлөлөө. Бага хуралд эрдэм шинжилгээний байгууллага, их, дээд сургууль, төрийн болон төрийн бус байгууллагын 120 гаруй эрдэмтэн, судлаач, удирдах албан тушаалтан болон гадаадын зочин илтгэгч оролцлоо.

“Ардчиллын чанар”, “Ази дахь зөвлөлдөх ардчиллын туршлага”, “Орон нутгийн төсвийн төлөвлөлтөд зөвлөлдөх ардчиллыг ашиглах нь” гэсэн гурван нэгдсэн хуралдаанаас гадна “Зөвлөлдөх ардчилал ба мэдээлэл харилцааны технологи” гэсэн салбар хуралдаан болов. Хурлаар 15 илтгэл хэлэлцүүлсэн бөгөөд АНУ, Япон, БНСУ, БНХАУ-ын төлөөлөгчид тухайлсан сэдвээр илтгэл тавилаа.

Монгол Улсын сайд, Засгийн газрын Хэрэг эрхлэх газрын дарга Г.Занданшатар бага хурал амжилттай болж өндөрлөж байгааг тэмдэглэлээ. Тэрээр “МУИС, Удирдлагын академи хамтран Зөвлөлдөх ардчиллын судалгааны ”Азийн хүрээлэн байгуулахаар болсон нь энэ хурлын нэг үр дүн. Ард түмнээсээ сонгогддог төр иргэдээ сонсдог, тэдэнтэйгээ зөвлөлддөг байх учиртай. Хуралд оролцсон аймаг, нийслэл, дүүргийн Иргэдийн Төлөөлөгчдийн Хурлын дарга нар төсвөө төлөвлөхдөө иргэдтэйгээ зөвлөлддөг байх чиглэлээр гадаад, дотоодын туршлагыг судаллаа. Орон нутагт зөвлөлдөх ардчиллыг ашиглах бүрэн боломжтой. Аливаа асуудлыг иргэдийн оролцоотой шийдэх нь зөвлөлдөх ардчиллын зарчим. Зөвлөлдөж шийдвэр гаргадаг улс орон хөгжинө ” гэж хэлэв.
