Нийслэлийн ногоон бүс болон зусланд зэрлэгшсэн ноход ихээр нэмэгдэж, тарвага зурам, бор гөрөөс зэрэг амьтдын тоо толгой цөөрөх гол шалтгаан болж байна.
Иймд зуслангийн бүсэд оршин суугч иргэд, зэрлэг амьтдыг хамгаалах зорилгоор Чингэлтэй дүүргийн 19, Сүхбаатар дүүргийн 19,20, Баянзүрх дүүргийн 20 дугаар хорооны нутаг дэвсгэрийн зуслангийн бүсэд “Базалт нэгдэл” ХХК, "Мөнхбуян оргилт" ХХК золбин нохой устгалын ажлыг 2018 оны 10 дугаар сарын 20-21-ны өдрүүдэд гүйцэтгэж, нийт 46 золбин нохойг устгасан байна.
2018 оны 11 дүгээр сараас “Эрчимжүүлсэн устгалын ажил” эхлэх бөгөөд 2018 оны 12 дугаар сарын 10 хүртэлх хугацаанд ногоон бүсэд 2 удаа устгалыг зохион байгуулах тул нутаг дэвсгэрийн байгаль хамгаалагчдад зэрлэгшсэн нохдын талаар мэдээлэл өгч хамтран ажиллахыг хүсье.
